The Showcase of Women in Business is one of Southern Alberta’s premiere events!  Each year in November, women in business gather together under one roof to celebrate their successes, show off their hard work, and share their expertise and talents.  Open to the public, this event draws people from throughout Southern Alberta who enjoy a great evening of shopping, networking and interaction with sponsors and exhibitors. While this event has grown over its 15 year history, it remains highly professional with a touch of elegance and is always carefully coordinated to provide a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for sponsors, exhibitors and guests alike. 

Guests coming to the Showcase can expect an evening of shopping, door prizes and interaction at every exhibit. They will also find areas where they can relax and enjoy refreshments and the company of good friends.  We encourage everyone to come early and expect to stay the evening.

The goal of the Showcase Executive Committee is to assist women entrepreneurs and women in business to showcase their products and services in an economical and professional environment that is productive, classy and fun. The Showcase Executive Committee ensures there is a balance between “service” type industries and “product” type exhibits. This ensures that there is an opportunity for attendees to buy products as well as to participate in exhibits that are “interactive”.  In order to ensure the Showcase is “fresh and new” each year, the Showcase Executive Committee strives to balance the demand for exhibit space, service and product based businesses, store front and home based businesses, new and returning businesses and also allows only one representative per direct selling company.
