Information for 2012!!
The online application process for the 2012 edition of the Showcase of Women in Business is now open to 2011 exhibitors! Applications for all other businesses will open on January 1, 2012! Before you begin the online application process, please review the following information to ensure the application process is as easy as possible for you!
In an effort to maintain the integrity of the Showcase and the basis on which it was founded 15 years ago, we have clarified the criteria regarding participation in the Showcase. To qualify as an exhibitor in the Showcase, you must:
1. Be one of the following:
- A female owner (minimum 50% ownership) of a business
- A female, commissionable employee
- A female representative of a direct selling company
If you fall outside of the above criteria but would like to become involved in the Showcase, please contact Robin at robin@canhostgroup.ca
Note: Community Organizations do not need to follow the criteria in #1.
2. The business needs to have a valid business license in the municipality in which they operate. This is a strict requirement to participate in the Showcase.
Exhibit Space Information!
All exhibit space will be in the Grand Ballroom of the Lethbridge Lodge Hotel. The exhibit space fees range from $175 - $240 (January 1, 2012 - March 31, 2012). If you are a returning exhibitor from 2011, you will receive exhibit space at the 2011 rates ($150 - $215).

As part of the online application process, you will be asked to provide:
- Your Business Description Line (max 15 words)
- Your exhibit space preference
- Number of business representatives at your exhibit on Showcase night
- A payment method for your exhibit fees (cheque or credit card)
